Frequently asked questions

We'll try to answer the most frequently asked questions.
  • Is it possible to make something very specific?
Every thing is possible! Every machine or line we build is designed and customised to fit the application; the process; the product; the facility; the operating conditions.
  • Can the new equipment be integrated into the existing line?
Of course! We will carry out a measure-up on your site - connecting and adapting the new equipment to existing machines and conveyor systems.
  • How quickly can you deliver the equipment?
The typical project lead time is 30-60 working days. For large projects, this can be up to 6 months. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery times can be affected by factors such as product complexity, component delivery times, subcontractor workload.
  • What are the payment terms?
The standard payment terms are as follows: 20% as order confirmation; 40% after the design of the equipment has been developed and approved; 40% after the equipment has been installed and put into operation. We will be happy to adapt and offer you convenient payment terms.
  • What about the guarantee?
The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of commissioning. In addition, we offer both extended warranty and after-sales service.
  • Do you also offer machine control systems?
Yes, we offer equipment with an electrical control system. We manufacture control cabinets and operator consoles. We also offer PLCs and control panels with touch screen, as well as tablet control.
  • Do you also offer installation?
Yes, we deliver, install, test, commission, train staff.
  • Can you repair or refurbish an existing appliance?
No! This is not our area of expertise, but we will be happy to recommend a team that can do it!
