ROLLER CONVEYOR

A roller conveyor is a very simple and efficient solution for longitudinal transport of boards, beams, bundles, plates, pallets or other types of workpieces.

Tilt Hoist - Timber destacking systems

The machine is designed for destacking timber bundles and feeding the material in layers for further processing. The bundle is tilted at an angle and lifted upwards step by step.

HYDRAULIC LIFTING PLATFORM

The platform allows safe working height adjustment as required. The platform can be equipped with a roller or chain conveyor.

PLANER INFEED

System for feeding material to further processing, e.g. planing, cross cutting, sawing. The infeed is performed with rubbercoated or metal rollers in the longitudinal direction. The device provides continuous feeding - end to end - up to 60m/min

TWO-AXIS PICK&PLACE ROBOT

The machine is designed for material handling in two coordinates up to 5 cycles/min. Vacuum plates are used to grip the workpieces.
